i believe that everyone should have access to yoga. my classes are sliding scale and welcome to people of all experience levels and abilities. my hope is to create a space for the community to move, breathe, and reflect together. as a teacher, i provide gentle guidance and empower my students to explore each class in a way that best suits their current needs. please sign up for upcoming classes below.
